What you can expect from your yoga holiday...

One of the Top 20 Yoga Retreats in the World...Named by the Times and The Guardian as one of the best in the World, Yoga Explorers' retreat to Tigmi has been running for 6 years and continues to be an international favourite. World-class yoga teachers and luscious food in this stylish boutique destination, set in the tranquility of a Berber Village with a backdrop of the Atlas Mountains and the distant twinkle of the ancient city, are what places this yoga holiday above the rest.

Mouthwatering meals and enchanting surroundings... Seemingly endless and utterly delicious buffet breakfasts, with the best freshly squeezed orange juice we've ever tasted, mouth-watering fresh and healthy lunches, and 3-course sit-down dinners are prepared daily by Tigmi's resident chefs! Meandering corridors and courtyard paths lead through scented gardens and hidden courtyards to exquisite bedrooms, all comfortably furnished with air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and specially made bath, shower and body products.

Transformational yoga... Two yoga classes with Beth are offered each day except the rest day on the fabulous rooftop yoga terrace. For cooler evenings there is also a beautiful indoor studio. Beth offers a space in which to discover the naturalness of movement, breath and being. The physical practice is simple, challenging in unexpected ways, nurturing, exciting, insightful and transformative. Realise the essence of your true nature.

Spend your days between classes...

Discovering the grounds and relaxing by one of the pools... Lounge on the comfortable beds by one of two fabulous pools; explore the endless paths and corridors leading to scented gardens of citrus trees, roses, hibiscus and bougainvillea and hidden peaceful courtyards and terraces; or experience a true taste of Morocco with mint tea on the restaurant terrace.

Pamper yourself... Tigmi features a fabulous spa and hammam (traditional bath house), both of which use natural, chemical-free ingredients sourced nearby. Download our spa pricelist

Walking and exploring the local area... Beautiful and facinating walks can be taken in every direction from Tigmi. From a walk around the local village to the wide open terrain leading towards the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains. Tours can be arranged by the Tigmi team for half- and full-day trips.

Visit the must see UNESCO world heritage site of the Medina (old city) of Marrakech... Take the free shuttle from Tigmi to the Medina of Marrakesh and experience the magic of the ancient city. Snake charmers, acrobats, musicians and story-tellers await you in the main square, Djemaa el Fna, while narrow streets lead into the labyrinth of souks, alive with colour and sound.

Beth Win

"I qualified in Hatha Yoga in New York with Yoga Alliance in 2008 and have since gained further qualifications in pre- and post-natal yoga with Yoga London and Kundalini with KRI institute. Raised in the Buddhist tradition, the relationship between mind and body runs through the essence of my being. I gained a scholarship to a top European Conservatoire and completed a BA Hons Degree in Dance as well as studying for a BSc in Psychology. I have been practicing Yoga for 20 years and been working with the body and its subtleties in my teaching full time for 10 in the U.K, Europe, South America and the U.S.

I teach online and have been featured in Women's Health magazine, Om yoga magazine, online for Elephant Journal and for the Daily telegraph. I teach mainly in London, running mixed and women’s workshops and have been an external assessor for Fringe yoga teacher training. Other practices include meditation, Vipassana and training in Thai massage. I am currently studying on Jim Tarran’s Vajrasati 500hr Teacher training.

I offer a space in which to discover the naturalness of movement, breath and being. The physical practice is simple, challenging in unexpected ways, nurturing, exciting, insightful and transformative. My intention is to bring yoga philosophy into tangible experience, looking at the origin of actions, the revelation of who we are as we move from one point to another, the state of consciousness and importantly where we find ourselves at by the end of the practice.
